Scheherazade  > From Brentwood to Baghdad > Green Zone and Surround > Moving T-Walls (or, Stonehenge wasn't built in a day).
On occasion the T-walls are readjusted to accommodate changing needs. In this case, to enlarge the footprint of the camp. As it happens, one of the T-walls now rests atop the crater left last week by a 105MM rocket.

Scheherazade > T-walls swing like giant penduli.... and with the force of a wrecking ball. Adept crane operators and handlers are necessary. This man lives outside the safety zone... so his face is blanked out.
Scheherazade > This was a great shot... would have LOVED to have shown you his face.. pride in good work is evident here.
Scheherazade > With this wall weighing in at five and a half tons and held only by, (go figure), ONE cable at the top, Damocles himself could not have been in more peril.

(Later in the day, I did find a snapped cable and hook on the ground.)

I do not know how or when they decided to change it. I DID see that the one being used was fraying at the top... fortunately that seems not to have escaped them.
Scheherazade > These guys were fun to watch... that they left a gap where it shouldn't have been seemed not to have bothered them. It's fixed now. Again, faces blurred for their safety.
Scheherazade > Swinging on the hook looked like grand fun!
Scheherazade > Peter Pan had a better gig, but this did look like a grand part of the deal.
Scheherazade > Looks easy, doesn't it? The walls (on the left) is the new footprint, the ones on the right, from where they are being moved and this will increase our space.
Scheherazade > This guy knows how to place things!
